EDC Doss Electric LLC was established in March of 2012 with the purchase of Doss Electric, Inc. Phillip Doss founded Doss Electric, Inc. in 1972 and wanted to insure its continuation after his retirement. Dow Carder purchased the company from Phillip Doss and retained part of the original company name in the formation of EDC Doss Electric, LLC.
Since purchasing the Company, Mr. Carder has pursued the goal of structured growth while retaining the personal service the original company was known for. Customers are the key to any successful company, and our goal is to provide the higher quality of service than any competitor in our market area.
In order to insure the highest level of service we must hire and retain a high quality of employee. is to attract and retain quality employees, a “Safe Harbor” Matching 401k Plan was established, a Company subsidized Health Insurance Plan made available for all employees, and statutory Workman Compensation coverage was put in place, with optional coverage offered for Life, Disability and other Disease risks.
